Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Echad Advisory Services ("Echad," "we," "us") collects through the Blind Spot Scorecard tool at echadadvisory.ca, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It applies only to this scorecard tool.

What we collect

When you complete the scorecard, we collect:

• Your name, organization name, and email address
• Your answers to the rated statements and open-ended questions about your operations
• Any free-text notes you provide about your specific situation

How it's used

Your responses are used to calculate your score and to generate a personalized written report using an AI service provider (Anthropic). Only your organizational answers and scores are sent to the AI provider to write the report — your name and email are not included in that request. Your name, organization, email, and results are also stored with our email service provider (MailerLite) so we can send you your report, follow up if helpful, and, if you've opted in, send occasional related resources.

Who we share it with

We share data with two service providers, only as needed to run this tool:

• Anthropic (AI provider) — receives your operational answers and scores to generate your report text. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, this data is not used to train their models.
• MailerLite (email service provider) — stores your contact details and results so we can deliver your report and, with your consent, send related follow-up emails.

If you choose to book a paid session through the results page, that scheduling is handled by Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy policy governing the information you provide there.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with any other third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

Email communications

You'll only be added to our email list if you check the consent box on the form. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time with no effect on any report already generated for you.

How long we keep it

Your information stays in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can request deletion or a copy of what we hold at any time by emailing us (below).

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We don't maintain our own database of submissions — your information is held only by the service providers named above, under their respective security practices.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for future emails, at any time by contacting us below.

Children's privacy

This tool is intended for business and program leaders and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
